How to Order

1. Email to baby.journey@yahoo.com and provide us the following information:

(a) State your name, contact number, shipping address and remarks (if any);

(b) Email the photo, size and quantity of the items that you would like to order.

2. We will inform you on the availability of the items.

3. Please make FULL payment within 2 days after confirmation of order. Please inform us after payment is made.

4. Upon receipt of payment, we will be sending you the ready stock item(s) within 3-5 working days. As for pre-order item(s), we will be sending you the item(s) after we receive it from our supplier. A tracking number will be provided for the item(s) that has been couriered. Please inform us upon receiving of your item(s).

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), excluding postage fees. Buyers are responsible to pay for the postage fees. The postage fees are as listed above.

2. Items sold are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. The colour of actual items may be different as seen on picture due to lighting and monitor setting.

4. We will not responsible for any lost or damages during delivery process.

5. For pre-order items, we will refund 100% if our supplier unable to ship the items to us.

6. For any reservation, buyers are required to deposit 50% (non-refundable) of the price of item(s) upon confirmation.

7. We reserved the right to amend our terms and conditions without prior notice.
